UNIQLO offers in-store pickup for orders placed online. This in-store pickup option is available for items you purchase that are in-stock at your local UNIQLO location. Returns

If you’re not happy with your UNIQLO order, you can return your items within 30 days of the order date. Merchandise is only accepted for return and refund if it’s in new, unused and unwashed condition with all tags attached. You can go online to UNIQLO’s website to initiate a return. If you’re returning an item, a $7 return label fee will be deducted from your return amount. Exchanges are free. Unfortunately UNIQLO does not accept in-store returns for items purchased online.
