Returns

If you’re not happy with your order from PrettyLittleThing, simply return it for a full refund within 28 days of receiving your package. Items must be in new condition with all tags still attached. Simply repack all your items that you’re sending back for return, print your return label from their return portal then drop your package off at your local post office. Once your items have been received and processed, you’ll get your money back minus $4 for return shipping. Some items like body jewelry or beauty products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
