Finally, Petco guarantees that its live fish, invertebrates and plants will stay alive for at least seven days. If an aquatic life purchase dies before this window, Petco will refund your money.

Shipping
Petco offers free standard shipping on eligible online orders $35+ to destinations within the contiguous U.S. Free standard shipping typically takes two to five business days.

Petco also offers second-day and next-day shipping to destinations within the contiguous U.S. For second-day and next-day shipping, or standard shipping on orders under $35, shipping costs are displayed at checkout and based on your destination and preferred method of shipping.

Petco uses USPS priority mail to ship packages to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes and U.S. territories. Note that shipping to these destinations includes a surcharge.

Curbside Pickup
Petco offers curbside pickup for orders placed on Petco.com or via the Petco app. The retailer offers a 10% discount on curbside pickup orders over $50.

Orders available for curbside pickup will feature the “Pick-Up and Save” option on their product page. After you place an order for curbside pickup, Petco will send you a “Ready for Pickup” email. Typically, orders placed during store hours will be ready within a few hours.
