Old Navy's annual sales correspond with standard national retail sales days and periods, including back to school, Black Friday and Cyber Monday. Old Navy Returns and Exchanges
Old Navy accepts returns and exchanges on items in original condition, unwashed and unworn. They accept damaged or defective items at any time.
