Returns & Refund Policy

However, it's important to be aware that returns or exchanges are not applicable to individual mini and travel size products. Additionally, expedited shipping fees and Native digital gift cards are nonrefundable. It's crucial to note that opting for an exchange will void the return policy, and exchanges for mini and travel size products are not accepted.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Native ships all orders within one to two business days, and your package will arrive within three to seven business days after shipping. Standard shipping is free for orders over $10. Expedited shipping is $15, and orders will arrive two business days after they’re shipped.
