Pickup Options

Free in-store pickup is available on select merchandise at J.Crew Factory stores. Same-day pickup may be if all items are in stock at your selected stores. Once an order is ready for pickup, you have seven days to collect it before it is automatically canceled.

Returns & Refund Policy

Items can be returned to J.Crew Factory for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. If you use a pre-paid return label from the store, a $7.50 charge will be deducted from your refund.
