Returns

In order to be eligible for return and refund, all items must be unworn, unused and include all tags, parts and accessories. The only items that do not qualify for purchase are fragrances and leather care products. Returns can be made both in-store and online. If returning by mail and using Coach Outlet’s prepaid shipping label, $7 will be deducted from your return amount.
