For socks and underwear, only unopened packaging is eligible for returns/exchanges, limited to the country of purchase. Allbirds handles return shipping, but original order shipping fees are nonrefundable. Final sale items, including gift cards, insoles, sock bundles, face masks and items tagged as final sale, cannot be returned or exchanged. Lightly used or like-new shoes are donated to Soles4Souls, which distributes shoes to people in need.
