DIME offers a 60-day return policy that starts from package arrival. All returns must go through the customer service team for processing, as unauthorized returns may not be eligible for reimbursement. If a refund is approved, return shipping charges will be subtracted from the reimbursement, unless there is a shipping error or defective product.
